Proficiency testing of laboratory in the area of emission measuring

ABSTRACT

Association of labs authorised for ALME measuring has been bring to order from 1996 proficiency testing (PT) which are using for attestation of labs to making tests of emission measuring. The paper summarizes the participation of laboratories in proficiency testing since 1996 to 2013 and the results of proficiency testing in 2013.
Proficiency testing is a evaluation of participant performance against preestablished criteria by means of interlaboratory comparisons. The need for ongoing confidence in laboratory performance is not only esential for laboratories and their customers but also for other interested parties, such as regulators, laboratory accreditation bodies and other organizations that specify requirements for laboratories.
